Beyond the best known Creative Cloud applications, Adobe offers a wide range of powerful enterprise solutions, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). It supports businesses across the industry that provide personalized customer experiences, such as tailored shopping journeys. These experiences are now rising with the addition of AI agents.
On Tuesday, Adobe launched its annual Adobe Summit meeting, and, naturally, given recent trends, Agent AI was the star of the show. One of the biggest highlights was the launch of an Agent Orchestrator within AEP. This allows users to build, manage and deploy AI agents from Adobe and third parties.

According to Adobe, over 1 trillion experiences are being stimulated through AEPs annually. Agent Orchestrators can leverage their deep understanding of enterprise data, content and customer journeys to deliver these experiences. Adobe’s Enterprise applications can directly use 10 Experience Platform agents, including 10 dedicated agents that are ready to use.
According to a press release, the full list includes the following agents: Account Qualification Agent, Audience Agent, Content Production Agent, Data Insight Agent, Data Engineering Agent, Experiment Agent, Journey Agent, Product Advisor Agent, Site Optimization Agent, Workflow Optimization Agent.
Agents use AI to perform certain tasks. For example, content production agents create content based on briefs to help marketers and creatives increase their output, while adhering to pre-defined brand guidelines. Similarly, site optimization agents can identify, detect and fix issues with branded websites to drive customer engagement.
Adobe’s analysis shows a 1,200% increase in traffic from generated AI sources to US retail sites from July 2024 to February 2025. According to Adobe, Agent AI will build further into its growth relationship between consumers and brands.

The company has also announced Adobe Brand Concierge, a new application built on AEP Agent Orchestrator. The company said the application will go beyond traditional AI chatbot experiences and create a “richer” customer experience by eliciting customer data and brand attributes. Agents aim to guide customers from exploring to confident purchases.
Brand Concierge agents work with other agents to create personalized experiences to address team-specific challenges. For example, Adobe said that brand concierges can provide customers with more than just general product information on brand websites. Instead, the application can personalize answers based on account relationships and even take further actions, such as booking follow-up meetings.
The company made several other announcements at Adobe Summit. You can also follow the coverage on ZDNET. You can report from the ground or read more on the Adobe Newsroom website.
