The latest product release allows customers to embed AI in any interface and enhance processes from within. Appia customers, including autism, Century Fire Protection, Hitachi, the Texas Department of Public Safety and the University of South Florida, have seen transformative outcomes from this first approach to the process.

Autism treats children with autism spectrum disorder. Their manual intake process allowed patients to wait up to six months for care. APPIAN reduces intake times by 83%. Praise Autism implemented APPIAN AI in just three weeks to extract diagnostic information from unstructured medical documents and ensure that accurate medical information is reflected to ensure compliance and accelerate the intake process. And because of APPIAN’s private AI approach, they comply with HIPAA and other privacy standards. Now they provide faster care for patients in need.

Century Fire Protection has a team of people who manually process thousands of invoices and order acknowledgements, allowing them to frequently miss out on early payment discounts. APPIAN’s customer success team has built a payable application for accounts that automatically classifies documents and extracts data using APPIAN AI. This new approach reduces invoice processing time by 36% and reduces the discounts you missed by 50%.

As a multinational company with a diverse portfolio spanning digital systems, electricity, healthcare and more, Hitachi has recognized the opportunity to optimize internal processes. To further enhance data integration, cross-sell visibility and creating compelling sales proposals, Hitachi has partnered with Appiamen. The Texas Department of Public Safety has deployed a generated AI chatbot to streamline the procurement process.
