Integration, Australia’s best audiovisual and integrated trade shows, will return to ICC Sydney this August. The organizers are committed to future education, innovation and industry networking programs for AV, IT and security professionals.
Recognised as Australia’s flagship AV event, Integrate brings together global brands, manufacturers, distributors and enterprise end users under one roof.
“Integrate is a platform that enables AV industry and technology experts to share insights, source the latest technology and take advantage of the possibilities of these exciting AV technologies,” the organizers said.
The 2025 show, which will be held from August 27th to 29th, will be held again in collaboration with security exhibitions and conferences, highlighting the expansion of AV and security technology integration.
Organizers describe the collaborative form as “a strategic partnership (it) reflects an increased convergence between AV integration and some security technologies.”
“By bringing together these previously siloed events, we are now able to convene end users, consultants, installers and integrators from across the AV and security sector under one roof,” they said.
Dual Events will introduce “interactive AV systems along with security solutions equipped with AI.”
At the heart of the event is Australia’s most comprehensive AV education platform, featuring a number of targeted forums targeted at experts expanding experts in the evolving market, presented by Avixa, Lunch & Learn Sessions.
Tech talk runs daily and explores key topics such as AV AI, Sustainability, Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC), and Broadcast AV.
Among the most popular tech talk sessions:
“AI in AI: Imagine the Future of Innovation and Industrial Transformation” At 10am on August 27th, we will explore how AI redefines system integration and content creation. “Unlocking the possibilities of a circular economy” on the same day at 4pm will address sustainable strategies for resource optimization. At 10am on August 28th, “Evolution of Pro AV Skills” will provide insight into workforce trends and talent management. Later that day, “Architecton for Audiences” will focus on user-centric streaming solution design. The final day, August 29th, includes the Sound of Innovation panel on sound and architectural design at 12pm. The daily lunch and learning session at 1pm will offer informal learning and networking.
Community and industry forums are back
Several return features are intended to enhance community and knowledge sharing across industry segments.
The AETM K-12 conference on the morning of August 27th, a joint session with AETM will investigate the role of educational technology in enhancing learning. Recognizing excellence in AV project distribution, the Avia Awards will be held on Wednesday, August 27th at 5:30pm as part of a dedicated networking evening. Set at 9am on Thursday, August 28th, the Avixa Women’s Council Forum continues its mission at Pro AV to “amplify women’s voices and cultivate an inclusive culture.” AV Marketers will meet up at 9am on Friday, August 29th to bring together marketing experts to collect panels and networking coffee.
New perspectives and pre-event insights
Prior to the show, AV professionals can tune to the online session July 28th, “Audiovisual Industry Play Status: Australia 2025.”
The panel examines the current state of the AV market and covers trends such as AI integration, AV-As-A-Service, immersive technology, and workforce challenges and digital transformation.
This 45-minute session will provide a “comprehensive discussion of the current state and future direction of the Australian audiovisual industry” and cover important issues such as emerging technologies and skills shortages and infrastructure preparation.
Connect AV and security sectors
As both industries evolve, organizers emphasize that the convergence of AV and security technology is unlocking new values for businesses and integrators.
“Participants can immerse themselves in the full range of cutting-edge technologies that will change these rapidly evolving areas,” the organizers said.
