2024 RTIH Innovation Award
AI was a key focus area for the 6th RTIH Innovation Awards, and entries are now closed.
The awards, sponsored by Vista Technology Support, Scala, CADS, 3D Cloud, Brightpearl by Sage’s Lightning 50, Business France, and Retail Technology Show 2025, celebrate global innovation in a rapidly changing omnichannel world.
The 2024 Hall of Fame inductees were announced at an event held at RIBA’s 66 Portland Place headquarters in central London on November 21, featuring a drinks reception, three-course meal and comedian Lucy Porter. It consisted of an award ceremony.
RTIH founder and editor Scott Thompson said in his welcome speech: The awards began as an online-only event during the COVID-19 pandemic, then started as a small in-person event and have grown year on year to now sell out this amazing historic venue. I have grown up to. ”
He added: “Congratulations to all the finalists. It’s no mean feat to get this far as many entries didn’t make it to the final stage. Checkout-free stores, automated supply chains, and immersive… Experiences, on-demand delivery, next-generation loyalty services, inclusive retail, green technology – all great stuff tonight.”
“But importantly, we have many great examples of companies adopting innovative technology and making it usable in their day-to-day operations, increasing efficiency and profitability in all areas.”
Congratulations to all the 2024 winners! A huge thank you to our sponsors, the judging panel, the legend Lucy Porter and everyone who attended last month’s gathering.
