Founded in 2022 by Monica Tiwari, Ketal is an agritech startup that uses solar dehydration to maintain agricultural produce and extend shelf life. This allows for further processing, packaging and selling agricultural products to food processing companies or exporters.

It was recently featured on Startup Singam, the first startup reality show on mainstream television in Tamil Nadu, focusing on startup and MSME investment and growth.
