Kota in India – Artificial intelligence is Mirage. Although it cannot replace critical thinking in research, Dr Deepak Kumar Srivastava, a prestigious public librarian, academic and AI ethics advocate organized by Brainware University in West Bengal, is working together to collaborate with the library’s specialized foundations in a prestigious national webinar hosted by Brainware University in West Bengal.
In his role as keynote speaker, Dr. Srivastava worked with over 600 national and international participants on the subject. The ethical use of artificial intelligence and the role of libraries in literature review for research.
As the departmental library president of the government department public library (Rajasthan), Dr Srivastava warns researchers against their blind dependence on AI-generated content, calling them “a double-edged sword that requires verification, ethical mindfulness and academic responsibility.”
“AI can never be your guide. It’s just your assistant. The true compass of research remains the conscience of the researcher and the reliability of their sources,” Dr. Shrivastava pointed out.
He highlighted the increasingly important role of libraries in the digital age as a gateway to validated, reliable, and ethically sourced knowledge.
The event featured addresses by respected high-ranking officials such as Professor Shankargangapadyai (Vice President of Brainware University), Raki (Research Director), *Bandanabas (Conference Director), Chetigosh and Dr. Aniljaroti.
Dr. Shrivastava’s keynote not only provided a roadmap for responsible AI integration, but also influenced human judgment, academic hard work, and a deeper assessment of the libraries’ essential values in navigating the AI age.
