Wizikey has launched an AI-powered social media surveillance solution in India. The solution provides a unified dashboard for PR and corporate communications teams, tracking and analyzing news and social media in real time while filtering noise. Details of the solution’s pricing model or licensing have not been revealed.

Touted as Asia’s first AI-powered news and social media surveillance solution, Wizikey’s new tool analyzes business metrics by enabling Google Analytics integration, tracking YouTube, X (Twitter) and Instagram (available on request using multi-account support). Its sentiment analysis capabilities provide immediate insight into brand recognition, while smart filtering only emphasizes relevant data. Customizable alerts and one-click report compilation seamlessly with news and social media data. Detailed metrics such as likes, comments, reach, reposts, impressions, views, and replies give you a clear view of engagement and impact, allowing for data-driven decisions.

“Technology should take the trouble from corporate communication. In a world where single news can unify the waves on social media, having a unified dashboard is not a convenience, but a need.

The media surveillance market, which refers to Wizikey, citing Mordor Intelligence Research, is projected to reach $9.19 billion by 2030. Currently, PR and communications experts are using multiple tools for news tracking, social listening and media analysis, which can be messy and missed opportunities. Wizikey’s AI-powered unified dashboard is intended for teams to monitor news and social media in real time, track and analyze emotions, and respond faster. Instead of flooding users with unfiltered mentions, Wizikey’s tools reveal only the most strategic and influential insights, according to a company’s press release.

Early adopters, including the Global Consumer Electronics Major and Entertainment Studio Conglomerate, have integrated Wizikey’s AI-powered surveillance into their workflows. According to Wizikey, these clients reduced the time spent on tracking and analysis by 60%, eliminating the time required for manual studies.

“We don’t have time to juggle multiple platforms due to different media contexts. Wizikey simplifies this by bringing all our media online news, print news and social into one solution. Aabhinna Suresh Khare, Bajaj Capital, and Aabhinna Suresh Khare, CMO, said:

Wizikey is an AI-powered media surveillance and intelligence platform that currently serves more than 500 businesses. Founded in 2021 by IIT and MICA graduates, the startup is supported by the Indian Angel Network (IAN).
