Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn is making a bold foray into the tech space with the launch of Prismix, an AI-driven media company dedicated to generative storytelling. This marks another entrepreneur’s milestone for Devgn, who previously founded NY VFX Waala and worked with Sweden’s Goodbye Kansas Studios on a high-tech venture.
Prismix aims to leverage its generation AI to create content across a variety of formats, including short films, series, animated graphic novels, music videos, corporate projects, and social media campaigns. By integrating AI into creative workflows, the company is trying to make high-quality content production more efficient and cost-effective.
Prismix Chair, Devgn has brought together a dynamic leadership team that includes Denmark’s Devgn (co-founder and chief business officer), Vatsal Sheth (co-founder and CEO), and Sahil Nayar (co-founder and chief creative officer).

The company has already falsified collaborations in mainstream media and education, positioning it at the intersection of entertainment and innovation.
“Prismix is about filling the gap between technology and creativity,” said Devgn of Denmark, highlighting the infinite possibilities that AI has to offer. CEO Vatsal Sheth added: “We aim to redefine entertainment by leveraging the power of AI to enhance the production of content at scale.”
Reflecting its vision, Nayar highlighted Prismix’s mission to democratize the creation of high-end content, saying, “Creativity should never be limited by resources or technology. AI-driven storytelling is breaking barriers and unlocking new creative frontiers.”
With Prismix, Devgn is set to reconstruct the future of media and entertainment, blending Bollywood storytelling finesse with cutting-edge AI technology.
