North Carolina AI Regulations –
Here in North Carolina, there are several bills currently under discussion, suggesting ways to regulate AI from politics to crime.
This includes House Bill 375.
Requires political candidates to place disclaimers in advertisements generated by AI and published within 90 days of the election. It also introduces strict penalties for people using AI-generated porn.
The proposal has not passed through the state legislative room.

Dinan states that if this section is included and if he passes the vote:
