Pennsylvania legislators are planning to introduce legislation regulating the use of AI in healthcare. “The bill would provide the guardrails needed to protect patients and ensure AI is responsible and effectively used in the federal healthcare industry,” she said.

For example, Utah requires businesses to disclose when people are interacting with AI chatbots, and lawmakers are moving to protect people interacting with AI chatbots for mental health services.
