Manama, May 15 (BNA): Yousif Mohammed Al Binkhalil, Executive Director of the Ministry of Information, attended the closing ceremony of the training program “Creating Media Content with Artificial Intelligence Applications,” sponsored by the Ministry’s AI Creators Lab.
The Secretary-General emphasized that the implementation of such programmes reflects aligned with commitment to innovation and AI development. He emphasized the importance of integrating modern technology into media and management tasks, increasing the skills of the national workforce and supporting digital transformation.
Al Binkhalil highlighted the need to continue such training programs and accustom participants to the real-life application of AI in the workplace to improve productivity and quality of service. He praised the strong participation of government agencies. This reflects the growing interest in the ministry’s training initiative.
He also expressed his gratitude to the team behind the AI Creators Lab program and hoped that graduates would be successful in applying the skills they gained.
The three-day programme welcomed 26 participants from various government agencies, including the Ministry of Information, the Northern Governor, Government Hospital, Education and Training Quality Bureau, Bahrain Institute for Political Development and the National Human Rights Agency.
Leaded by AI team leader Muhannad Suleiman Al Nuaimi, the program focused on developing skills for AI tools, visual and audio content generation, infographic design, data analysis, and rapid writing skills for virtual text creation. The training aims to enhance participants’ media capabilities and equip them to apply advanced digital tools to institutional work.
