IT’s leading Wipro announces reorganizations within the Global Business Line (GBL) to deepen align with the evolving business needs of its clients and leverage new technology opportunities driven by AI, cloud and digital transformation.
The company said Wipro will reorganize GBL to better meet these needs as its clients increasingly want integrated, results-driven solutions that will increase agility and innovation.
“We’re committed to providing a range of services to our customers,” said Srini Pallia, CEO & MD, Wipro Limited. This reorganization allows us to provide the right services for our clients and provide tailored and impactful transformation,” he added.
These changes will come into effect from April 1, 2025.
4 GBL
Wipro continues to run on four GBLs and is organized around client purchase operations. Leading by Nagendra Bandaru, Technology Services GBL offers cloud-enabled and industry-specific technology solutions. Focuses on digital and industry cloud, cybersecurity and risk services, cloud and infrastructure services, data, analytics and AI, enterprise applications, and Designit.
Leading by newly appointed Jasjit Singh Kang, Business Process Services GBL will focus on digital operations and business processes transformation. Kang will report directly to Pallia and join the Wipro Executive Committee.
Under the guidance of Amit Kumar, consulting services GBL will provide strategic advisory and transformation services. Engineering GBL, which is at the helm of Srikumar Rao, will continue to provide engineering and R&D services.
The company has notified that there will be no changes to Capco, which Anne-Marie Rowland will continue to lead.

The company has also updated its senior management staff with its regulatory submissions on BSE.
Meanwhile, Jo Debecker, who led Wipro Fullstride Cloud, decided to pursue opportunities outside of Wipro. When he filed his resignation letter on Thursday, he will cease acting as Wipro Fullstride Cloud, managing partner and global head.
After former CEO Thierry Delapote left the company, Wipro saw several top-level exits in 2025. In May 2024, Presidents of India, the Middle East and Africa, President of Asia and Pacific, Anis Chencha (APMEA), and Chief Operating Officer Amit Choudhary left the company. This was followed by Subha Tatavarti resigned as CTO and pursued opportunities outside of the company.
In November, Pierre Bruno resigned from his position as CEO of Wipro’s Europe Strategic Market Unit. Laura Langdon, the company’s former global chief marketing officer, left the company in December.
The company’s shares fell 1.56% on Friday at £264.20 on BSE. Hindu business line
