UAE business leaders bank on the possibilities of AI to drive long-term growth.
In a new YouGov survey commissioned by SAP, 94% of domestic companies believe that AI will be a key driver of business expansion, with nearly half (49%) expecting a big return on AI investment in the next year or two.
This optimism was fully on display on the SAP Now AI tour. There, over 1,500 industry experts, public sector leaders and executives gathered at the Dubai Expo Centre to explore the potential for transformation across the AI industry.

“SAP research shows that while companies recognize AI as a key driver of growth, they need the right strategy to unlock full value.”
The SAP survey results reflect this momentum, with 97% of UAE IT decision makers surveying the survey and expressing confidence to use AI-driven insights to guide key business decisions, while 72% describe themselves as “very confident.”
As AI adoption rises, UAE companies are going beyond experiments and focusing on real-world applications that drive measurable impacts.
SAP presents collaboration with Databricks through SAP Business Data Cloud, highlighting how organizations can eliminate data silos and extract deeper insights from structured, structured and unstructured data.
In a study showing that 58% of UAE companies are planning to invest in data integration and quality improvement programs for the next 12 months, the event highlighted the need for companies to improve their data strategies to fully harness the possibilities of AI.
