The AJ Management Institute, run by Laxmi Memorial Education Trust, held an international conference on hybrid mode “Transformation Management Paradigm: AI” on its Mangalulu campus on Friday.
The conference brought together academics, industry leaders, researchers, and students from around the world to discuss the impact of artificial intelligence in reshaping business and management practices.
Director J. Swapna Shetty highlighted the pivotal role of artificial intelligence in redefineing the business environment, highlighting the importance of continuous learning and adaptability for future managers.
Executive Director T. Jayaprakash Rao spoke about the importance of artificial intelligence in driving innovation and shaping the future of business and management practices. Durgadas Shetty, Primsophic at Mangaluru, gave a keynote address.
Three technical sessions were held by speakers. Deakin University Gang Lee in Australia spoke about the subject of “surfing the wave of big data in tourism and hospitality.”
Participants from over 20 institutions presented 62 research papers. Students Ayishah Azzah, Mohammed Ahshaan Kamil, and Mohammed Akbar Akbar, Yenepoya Institute of Arts in Mangalulu, and Science and Commercial Institute, were awarded the “Best Paper Presentation Award” in the Student Category.
