Devsinc has acquired Datics AI, one of Pakistan’s most prestigious AI-first technology companies, strengthening its position in the global market for enterprise data and artificial intelligence.
The deal is Devsinc’s third major acquisition in 2025, following Alchemative and Cloud1, and reflects the company’s strategy to build a full-stack digital and AI transformation platform.
Recognized by the President of Pakistan as the Best Software House of 2022, Datics AI brings advanced capabilities to machine learning, predictive analytics, and agent AI systems. As part of the transaction, founder Umair Majeed will join Devsinc as Senior Vice President of Growth, and former CTO Rana Umar Majeed will become Senior Vice President of AI Enablement and Transformation.
The acquisition comes as the global data analytics industry is projected to reach $402.7 billion by 2032, creating strong demand for enterprise-grade AI solutions.
