Senate Democrats are preparing to unite against a Republican-led effort to overturn state laws on artificial intelligence, complicating the outlook for passage.
The Trump administration and House Republican leaders are fighting to include language in a must-pass defense bill that would limit states’ ability to regulate fast-growing industries. Sens.
