Deepfakes are fake videos, photos, or voices made using AI. It can look real, but it’s not.

Anyone can have deeper depth – sexuality or ordinary people.

Denmark aims to prevent deep fakes that utilize your face, voice, or style without your consent.

The government has passed the law and applies only in Denmark. The bill is expected to pass in Danish parliament with up to 90% support.

If someone misuses your image, you can defeat it and perhaps even get compensated.

Parodies, jokes, art is still okay. The law doesn’t stop people from being creative as long as it’s obvious that it’s fake or funny.

Deepfakes can be used to trick voters and spread lies.

Denmark says it is a real danger to democracy and wants to act before it’s too late.

This country will be the first in the world to implement the law if it is passed.
