FSBM Holdings Berhad has signed two Memoranda of Understanding with VisionTech Pte. Ltd. Ltd is a leading generative AI company based in Singapore, and Cydentiq Sdn. Bhd. is a well-known local cybersecurity solution provider. The first MOU with VisionTech highlights FSBM I-Design’s commitment to leveraging cutting-edge AI technology for business transformation.

VisionTech, a subsidiary of VisionGroup, specializes in generative AI solutions to enhance sales, streamline operations, and address workforce challenges. This partnership will enable the development of end-to-end generative AI bot solutions that integrate human-centered and ethical AI practices. The purpose of this partnership is to deliver customized solutions that address the challenges of data-driven industries and improve operational efficiency while empowering businesses with actionable insights, automation and innovation.

The second MOU with Cydentiq emphasizes the importance of cybersecurity in AI development. Cydentiq is a leading identity security provider, specializing in identity governance, access management, and threat prevention. The collaboration is focused on integrating security by design into all AI solutions developed by FSBM I-Design, ensuring robust data protection and compliance with industry standards.

The company’s additional partnerships will enhance these services by leveraging its expertise in authentication, authorization, access control, and threat monitoring to deliver tailored and secure solutions for its customers. With 40 years of market experience, FSBM brings extensive experience in the field of enterprise-scale ICT solutions and systems integration to this partnership. We are in the business of providing SMART solutions, data and AI solutions, and managed security services.
