Seoul, South Korea – Innohan, led by global CEO William Lee, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to establish an “AI alliance” with nine major domestic and international companies, including the leading companies known for their advanced capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI).
This marks Innocean’s second AI alliance, following the one formed last October. The company plans to further accelerate AI transformation (AX) and related business development, working with both existing partners and newly-committed companies specializing in AI.
Lee and AI company executives attended the AI Alliance signing ceremony held at Innocean’s Seoul headquarters.
Gang Fan Bin, Division Head of Microsoft Koreaakim Jeong-Ho, Managing Director of IBM Koreajeong Chan-uk, Managing Director of Deloitte Consulting Koreajang Ho-Susok, CEO of Studio Lennonlee Jongbok, CEO of S2wkim Seong-ho, CEO of CEO of Concepts, CEO of Concepts, McKan Se-Jin, Partnership Lead
Additionally, global cloud provider Amazon Web Services is expected to actively support Innocean’s expansion in the AI business environment, including providing AI technology support in the advertising and marketing sectors. Inohhan plans to establish the foundation of AX within the marketing communications industry, together with companies participating in the alliance, in order to continuously generate creative and efficient AX.
Innocean has laid out a three-stage strategy to achieve AX in the marketing communications sector.
Through “Small Start”, AI is built in small and practical areas, creating “small successes” based on the direction verified by the previous stage “smart scaling”.
Simply put, it involves gradually implementing the right AI solution at the right time, continuously verifying direction, and based on this, building a small success story to lay the foundations of AX through cycles of validation and application. Ultimately, what’s important is pursuing a “sequential expansion of Ax” by developing and implementing AI solutions that contain only critical features tailored to the specific business characteristics of an individual company.
To this end, Innocean formed its first AI alliance with Adobe Korea and other partners in October 2024. The company works with a wide range of companies that can provide the best AI solutions for their key business areas to create an environment for immediate adoption of AI services, enabling the gradual expansion of practical AI applications starting with small projects.
Furthermore, through this second AI Alliance, Inohhan aims to accelerate the advancement of AI business by strengthening the foundation of collaboration, including sharing AI technology and resources in a wider range of areas.
As the first result of these efforts, Inohhan recently launched its own AI solution, Aiinn. Aiinn is an AI solution designed to reduce the inefficiency of content creation and manipulation while enhancing both internal and external workflow processes. The service allows integrated management of the entire process, from content planning and production to distribution and performance analysis, maximizing the efficiency of content production-related workflows.
In particular, unlike a typical AI solution with a complete suite of built-in AI functions, Aiinn stands out by identifying problems within business operations and updating the AI functions accordingly. This allows for improved operational efficiency by implementing customized solutions optimized for each company’s unique workflow.
For example, each client has various internal guidelines for content creation. Aiinn’s automatic proof feature automatically reviews content, significantly reducing iterative inspection tasks during content planning and production.
A representative from Innocean using Aiinn said, “In many cases, large amounts of content drafts need to be quickly created. Aiinn not only improves time efficiency, but also reduces unnecessary tasks such as individually matched brand guidelines.”
He said, “All content generated during the work process, including final output and Q&A with clients, is archived within the system, eliminating the need to retrain AI every time.”
AIINN’s planning and development involved a variety of partners, including Adobe Korea, known for AI technology to accelerate creative workflows and other companies that offer AI-based content creation solutions. All of these companies participated in either the 1st or 2nd AI Alliance.
In the future, Innocean will deploy an upgraded version of Aiinn to clients who are struggling. To this end, Innocean is continuously optimizing Aiinn’s technology, ultimately aiming to expand Aiinn’s business through monetization and broader application of the platform.
“Through this AI Alliance, we plan to turn small success stories into reality and actively expand our jointly developed AI services into the global marketing market.” He said, “Innocent will continue to provide optimized AI services that provide tangible value for our clients’ business.”
