High-tech service provider DXC Technology and AI automation company Boomi have attacked a new strategic partnership aimed at helping companies prepare for the next wave of AI adoption.
The company said the joint effort focuses on three key areas: Modernizing business applications with cloud-native integration, combining Boomi’s AI-driven automation platform with DXC’s full stack engineering capabilities with “agent conversion” via Boomi’s Agent Studio, enabling AI-driven migration and data preparation.
The latter platform works across critical systems to manage and coordinate multiple critical AI agents.
The collaboration also sees the launch of the Boommicenter of Excellence within DXC serving as an innovation hub for customers across the industry.
The hub provides reusable assets and proven implementation patterns. He said this will help partners streamline application modernization, integrate AI agents, and accelerate the deployment of agent AI of scale.
“We are pleased to announce that we are committed to providing a range of services,” said TR Newcomb, chief revenue officer for DXC Technology. “We are excited to partner with Boomi to provide AI agent management to help our customers accelerate their transformation and succeed with Agent AI, which enables seamless integration and AI agent management.”
Boomi CEO Steve Lucas, similarly called the Agent AI “An Enterprise Imperative,” pitched the initiative in support of businesses that may be struggling to modernize operations and deploy AI at scale.
“Along with DXC, Boomi is helping customers replace old architectures with intelligent, agent-driven infrastructure, faster to build, easier to manage and prepare for the next thing,” he said. “This partnership gives businesses a direct pathway to modernization, automation and long-term AI preparation.”
