New Delhi: Indian music licensing platform Hoopr has introduced two AI-powered features to its self-service licensing marketplace: Hoopr Smash, Brand Match Score, and AI Content-Idea Generator. These features are designed to help brands, agencies, and creators identify the right music and generate campaign concepts by combining data analysis and creative ideas in one platform.
Brand Match Score uses Hoopr’s AI engine to evaluate a brand’s digital footprint, including social presence, past campaigns, tone of voice, brand personality, and past music usage. Each track is then given a “Brand Sync Score” and categorized as high, medium, or low match, allowing marketers to quickly select music that aligns with their brand identity.
Once a song is selected, the AI Content-Idea Generator recommends campaign concepts tailored to the song and its audience. This tool supports the creation of a large amount of content, covering formats from reels and short videos to seasonal promotions. It aims to help teams reduce creative fatigue and generate culturally relevant ideas at scale.
According to Hoopr, more than 32,000 branded content videos are created every day in India, putting pressure on brands to stay fresh and compliant. The platform’s AI tools seek to address these challenges by facilitating faster music discovery while maintaining ethical and rights-compliant use. According to research cited by Hoopr, the right music can increase engagement by up to 30%, highlighting the role of music in brand storytelling.
