Qualcomm relies on Adobe Genstudio to streamline content creation with AI

Qualcomm is expanding its collaboration with Adobe to make its marketing workflow faster and more adaptive. The company employs Adobe Genstudio with an end-to-end content supply chain platform built on generation AI to handle growing demand for personalized assets across its digital channels.

For global brands like Qualcomm, the bottleneck is not just creativity, it’s scale. Marketing teams need to create thousands of variations of content each week, each tailored to a different platform, audience, or campaign goal. By embedding AI into this workflow, Qualcomm wants to ease the load, speed up delivery, and keep brand consistency intact.

Here’s how to apply Adobe tools:

Genstudio for Performance Marketing

Qualcomm’s team is now able to generate, resize and translate assets across multiple channels, while staying with brand guidelines. The added layers are performance insights. Content can be analyzed to specific attributes, providing marketers with real data that will help visuals, messages, or formats drive better results. This closes the loop between creation and optimization.

Adobe Express

Self-service toolkit for non-designers across your organization. For example, social and regional marketing teams can quickly adapt templates with approved fonts, colors and layouts. This is a good idea to launch time sensitive or local campaigns without waiting for intensive design resources.

Adobe Firefly

Qualcomm is experimenting with Adobe’s family of AI models to create images on a large scale. Firefly can be trained with Qualcomm’s own intellectual property, so the visuals generated by AI are consistent with brand identity, but they give teams creative flexibility and speed.

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Qualcomm is testing the “generated variation” feature of AEM to coordinate messaging and creative across digital channels, including websites. Teams use text prompts to create different versions of content, allowing faster A/B testing and better personalization for the target audience.

Adobe Workfront & Marketo

Workfront continues to be a record system for campaign planning and management, while Marketo brings customer insight back to creative loops. Together, they ensure that the assets generated by AI are not only fast to produce, but also are related to customer behavior and campaign goals.
