Sustainable value will explode when everyone realizes that sustainable value comes from an open, distributed, edge-cloud hybrid model, not just from expanding centralized infrastructure. When real AI runs everywhere (on your own devices, not just in someone else’s cloud), business models and power dynamics will rapidly change. At that point, the hype will disappear and only real utility, access, and user choice will remain.
