Companies that use AI to enhance cybersecurity raise $50 million
Cybersecurity experts raised $50 million in the Series B funding round.
The company, headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, but also operated in Palo Alto, Silicon Valley, said the investment will help accelerate artificial intelligence innovation and trigger international growth.
The latest funding was led by Sienna Venture Capital and led participation from Essentia Venture Capital and existing investors Glilot Capital Partners, NTTVC and S Capital.
Founded in 2020, Sumeplicity said the goal is to transform how businesses approach vulnerability and exposure management.

Weride, Bosch launches new AI driver assistive technology
Chinese autonomous driving technology company Weride has introduced a new, advanced driver assistance system developed in collaboration with Bosch, Germany.
Weride Aidrive is described as a “one stage” end-to-end solution, just six months after the company brings “two stage” technology into mass production.
The latter process involves sensing and subsequent decision-making, but the one-stage architecture allows the vehicle to “see and act” simultaneously.
This broadens the argument, provides faster response, shorter driving routes, greater fault tolerance, and allows the vehicle to drive more like a human.

AI helps fans to recharge their sports experiences, IBM reports
A new report commissioned by IBM has shifted expectations regarding the sports experience as fans discover that they will use digital tools such as AI and personalization to enhance their games.
The study rated over 20,000 sports fans in 12 countries, and found that people not only use technology, but are actively seeking it.
AI has seen a certain increase. IBM is the total AI usage among fans growing “in almost every re-tested market” since 2024.
Of the respondents, 85% said they found it valuable to integrate technology into their sports experiences, while 63% said they trusted AI-generated sports content. Real-time match updates and personalized content were identified as top priorities for fans (35% and 30%, respectively).

Safeguard launched for AI shopping agents
Payment Tech Company WorldPay has announced a partnership with digital identity platform Trulioo to launch new commercial safeguards powered by AI.
Launch responds to the increasing use of AI agents for online shopping and payment tasks, making customers and businesses increasingly vulnerable to fraud and cyberattacks.
To address this threat, the partners said the new system was designed to ensure that these transactions remain secure and transparent, and meets “evolving regulatory requirements.”
“We embed trust directly into the fundamentals of agent commerce by solving the core problems faced by merchants. We distinguish trustworthy AI agents from bad actors,” Cindy Turner, WorldPay’s chief product officer, told AI Business.

Serbrobotics acquires AI specialists to enhance delivery bot services
Autonomous sidewalk robot specialist Serve Robot has acquired Vayu Robotics in a move that is expected to accelerate and enhance the deployment of its distribution services.
San Francisco-based SEVER explains the acquisition will enhance physical AI capabilities, while Palo Alto’s Vayu has used massive AI models to craft a reputation as a pioneer in urban robot navigation.
The acquisition will enable delivery robots to serve, which is increasingly common sights in Los Angeles, Miami Beach, Dallas and Atlanta, combining autonomous stacks and sidewalk datasets with Vayu’s expertise in AI Foundation models and a fast, scalable simulation power data engine.
