Meta plans to share AI technology “access to all businesses”

Meta recently revealed their desire to share the rapid improvements in AI technology with millions of companies around the world.
“It evolves multiple times a day,” Meta’s Head of Business AI, Clara Shih, told AI Systems’ CNBC.
She explained that Meta’s AI is already being used by more than 700 million consumers, but the company plans to expand even further.
“Not all businesses, especially small businesses, have the ability to hire these large AI teams, so now we’re building business AI for these small businesses, so we can benefit from all of this innovation that’s happening,” Sea said. “We’re right away, every business, from very large to very small, has a business agent representing it and acting on behalf of that voice, and the way businesses today have their website and email addresses.”
In a post on its Business AIS page, Meta wrote: “In the near future, the majority of companies are considering AI to interact on behalf of their customers.”
“Large companies know this and are investing in complex software and information technology teams to deploy AI solutions,” they continued. “Our goal in the meta is to make AI accessible to all businesses regardless of size. We hope that in the future, as we did for advertising, AIS will work together to define an exciting new digital experience that will bring all of its benefits.”
She added: “No one job has been completely converted by the Internet, mobile or social media. I think we are at the same time as AI. It’s clear that there are certain occupations where AI can change jobs dramatically.”
“My prediction is that over time, AI will change all job functions in any industry,” she concluded.
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has long been sought for a wider use of AI.
In a revenue call in January, he said he expects 2025 to be a year in which highly intelligent and personalized AI assistants will reach over 1 billion people.
